By placing a wholesale order with Bella Buckets, Purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions. No modifications or additions to these terms by purchaser shall be binding by Bella Buckets.  Bella Buckets reserves the right to amend or waive said Terms and Conditions at any time.  Terms and Conditions in effect at time of order shall prevail. Non-adherence my result in termination of account.

Customers:  Bella Buckets, LLC sells wholesale to retail establishments with a store front only. Bella Buckets products are sold for resale at retail establishments only and may not be redistributed or sold at wholesale.  Reseller shall not well Bella Bucket products below the suggested retail price. Sale of products is authorized only at the shipping location and/or business establishment approved by Bella Buckets. Change of address requires re-application.  Third party sales to retail establishments or other locations are prohibited.  Bella Buckets reserves the right to reject any order or customer at any time for any reason.  Web sales of Bella Bucket products are prohibited.  Internet auction sites are prohibited and not an approved method of retail distribution.  Website advertising, promotions or depictions featuring Bella Buckets products, logo or name must be approved for the Bella Buckets marketing department. Call or email customer service for information.

Ordering Requirements and Terms:  New accounts will be considered upon receipt of completed and signed “New Account Application”. Please allow up to 10 business days for approval.  Minimum opening order for new accounts is $200.00 per location and must be pre-paid with a credit card or business check.  Bella Buckets does not offer terms at this time.  Minimum re-order is $100.00.  Special requests for less than $100.00 will be considered on a case by case basis, and will incur a handling charge of $15.00 per order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Bella Buckets will always honor the price quoted at the time of order placement. 

Payment by Check:  Checks will be deposited upon receipt. All checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be subject to a $50.00 return check fee plus legal fees, if necessary

Shipping:  All shipments sent F.O.B. Newtown Square, PA by UPS Ground Service.  All shipping is to commercial addresses only and any applicable charges for non-adherence is the responsibility of and will be charges back to the buyer. Erroneous shipping instructions will also be charged back to buyer.  Customer pays all shipping fees. 

Returns:  All returns must be reported to Bella Buckets within 3 business days uopn receipt of delivery. Authorization will be issued at the discretion of Bella Buckets.  Returns must be appoved by Bella Buckets and accompnaied by a Return Authorization number issued by Bella Buckets.  Unauthorized returns or refused shipments will not be credited.  Authorized returned goods must be in original condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Custom orders are not returnable. On any refused shipments, customer will be charged round trip freight and applicable restocking fees. Cancellation of an order must be requested in writing and will be accepted only if received a minimum of one day prior to shipment of order.  Questions concerning returns can be directed to bellabuckets@comcast.net

Damages:  If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, save all packages and damaged merchandise for UPS to inspect and call our office within 48 hours with tracking numbers of damaged boxes.  Bella Buckets will issue a return authorization number is necessary.  Freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier. 

Amount Owed:  Purchaser shall be liable for all costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees and collection fees) incurred by Bella Buckets in connection with the amounts owed by Purchaser.  Purchaser will pay an additional 30% on all invoices submitted by Bella Buckets for collection.
